I was sitting on the couch looking out the window at all the neighbors bird feeders. It’s amazing to see all the different birds eating from them over the winter. So, I decided to make a bread using those seeds. This is one delicious loaf of bread and I sweetened it with some wildflower honey, that I bought at the local honey store. I really enjoy using all the different honey flavors they have to offer.

This bread has a soft texture and I decided to turn it into a braided bread, because I haven’t done one in awhile. It turned out beautiful … full of flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. I hope you will enjoy this bread as much as Angela and myself enjoyed eating it : )
